Built on friendship, the China Immersive Camp brings UK and Chinese students together for a one-week cultural experience that blends discovery, personal growth and understanding.

Through our integrated buddy programme, students learn side by side, sharing experiences, exploring traditions and building meaningful friendships that last beyond the camp itself. From creative workshops and team challenges to cultural visits and shared meals, every moment is designed to foster understanding and broaden horizons.

Programme Highlights

Students take part in a carefully designed programme of immersive activities, creative workshops and cultural experiences that inspire curiosity, build confidence and foster global friendships.

Pairied with Chinese Buddies – Build genuine cross-cultural friendships through our buddy system.
Authentic Cultural Immersion – Enjoy local sightseeing, cultural workshops, and shared dining experiences that bring Chinese culture to life.
Cultural Workshops & Activities – Take part in art, theatre, food experiences, team challenges and language exchange designed to develop confidence and cultural understanding.
Practice Mandarin Language – Communicate comfortably in English while having the opportunity to learn and practise Mandarin.

2026 Summer Camp

Destination: Nanjing, China

Dates: Between 20 July – 22 August 2026, October 2026, February 2027

Ages: 10-15-year-old students studying at a UK school

What's included?

Accommodation – Students and staff stay in a minimum 3-star hotel, with twin rooms for students and single rooms for teachers to ensure comfort and supervision.
Meals – Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all included, with UK and Chinese students dining together and experiencing a variety of local cuisines.
Flights – Return flights are included in the cost, with departures available from London or Manchester (allocated on a first-come, first-served basis).
Transport & Visas – All in-country transport within China is provided via private coach, and visa applications (where required) are included for a seamless travel experience.
