From funding to impact – trips that transform
- Many schools use Turing funding as a first step towards longer-term international partnerships and global learning. We help schools design programmes that deliver meaningful impact for students and can grow into sustained global engagement beyond a single visit.
Do we need to have a trip fully planned before applying?
- No. Many schools apply to the Turing Scheme while their plans are still developing. Registering your interest early allows us to help you shape a clear, Turing-eligible proposal and refine the details before submitting your application.
What types of trips are suitable for Turing?
- Turing funding supports educational learning overseas, including: school immersion visits, curriculum-linked cultural or subject trips, school partnership visits and language learning experiences. If you’re applying for the Turing Scheme, we’ll ensure your programme meets all eligibility criteria.
How can Global School Alliance Support a Turing Scheme application?
- We have supported hundreds of applications, allowing thousands of students to access funding – over £2 million pounds worth! We’ll guide you on best practice for your application, and work to support you with your existing or potential school partnerships, along with the organisation and delivery of your trip to ensure your students get the most from the experience.
