Global School Alliance appoints Michelle Clarke as Chief Growth Officer as it enters ambitious new phase of global expansion.
Welcoming Michelle Clarke as fractional Chief Growth Officer as the organisation begins an ambitious new chapter of international growth.
The appointment comes as Global School Alliance accelerates plans to expand global reach, develop new strategic partnerships and build a wider education Group designed to create more opportunities for young people to learn, travel and connect across borders.
GSA’s ambition is centred around a simple belief: education can play a powerful role in developing the next generation of global citizens.
Over the coming years, there a large plans to significantly increase the number of students accessing international education experiences, expand into new global markets, develop technology platforms and explore strategic acquisitions that can accelerate both reach and impact.
Michelle joins the leadership team to help turn that ambition into commercial growth.
With more than 30 years’ experience in business growth, strategic partnerships and leadership, Michelle has worked with organisations around the world to scale revenues, develop commercial partnerships, build high performing teams and translate ambitious founder led visions into executable growth plans.
As Chief Growth Officer, she will work closely with founder and CEO Thomas Camilleri, Finance and Operations Director Laura Donovan and the wider GSA leadership team.
Her initial focus will include accelerating commercial growth, strengthening leadership capability, developing strategic partnerships and supporting the foundations required for future acquisitions and Group expansion.

The appointment forms part of a wider evolution of the GSA leadership team as the organisation prepares for its next stage of growth.
Plans include expansion into additional international markets, the development of strategic relationships with schools, education groups and governments, further development of GSA’s global education platform and the exploration of acquisitions that complement its mission.
