The Global Leader Membership is a year-long professional development pathway for teachers who want to drive international engagement across their school. Lead global learning confidently with CPD, mentoring and accreditation to become a globally minded educator.

Through a 12-month guided programme of CPD, mentoring, and project-based learning, participants gain the skills, tools, and confidence to embed global citizenship across the curriculum — and earn formal recognition as a Leader of Global Education.

This membership builds long-term capacity for international work, aligning with your school development goals while empowering staff to inspire colleagues and students alike.

By equipping teachers with both practical tools and recognised accreditation, it ensures that global education isn’t dependent on one-off projects or a single passionate staff member. This allows schools to establish global citizenship as a sustainable part of their culture.

How Does it Work?

Enrol & Set Goals – Identify the teacher(s) leading the programme and agree on focus areas with leadership.
Complete Training & Mentoring – Engage in monthly CPD sessions, mentoring calls, and collaborative activities.
Deliver Student Projects – Use the Project Builder and GSA resources to run Bronze and Silver Global Citizen Challenges.
Implement the Action Plan – Align global learning with school priorities and track progress.
Showcase & Reflect – Present project outcomes at virtual conferences and to your school community.
Earn Accreditation – earn certification, qualifications and recognition for your work on completion of the programme.
